We want you to be confident before you commit to Zaasmi, so we offer a short refund window on all purchases.
Refund Window
You can request a full refund within 6 hours of your purchase or subscription activation. After 6 hours have passed, all payments are final and non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund

- The email address on your Zaasmi account
- The date/time of purchase
- A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.
